Ingredients:
- 900 g diced ham
- 1/2 cup 120 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the diced ham until finely chopped.
- In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce.
- Add the chopped ham to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
