Who doesn’t love a good fried chicken? You can make these easily at home and in half an hour. I use a thermometer to measure my oil’s heat, if you do not have one then you can test with a wooden spoon. Place the end of a wooden spoon into the oil and if there are bubbles then the oil is ready. For this recipe, the oil should be hot at about 160 C.
Ingredients:
- 8 Chicken Pieces, remove from fridge 30 minutes before frying
- 4 Large Eggs
- ¼ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Hot Sauce
- 1 Cup Cake Flour

- Oil for Frying
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium to high heat in a large pot.
