Ingredients:
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups of cauliflower florets
- 12 spears asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp Basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced well
- Aluminum Foil for wrapping
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400*
- Prepare all the food items, cutting into bite size pieces
- Place the sirloin steak into a bowl and add the thyme, rosemary and basil, stir to combine well
