Beef Noodle Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to directions, rinse and drain
  2. Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic in the Olive Oil.
  3. Sprinkle with the Italian Seasoning
  4. Mix in the tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste
  5. Combine the pasta with the beef mixture and stir well
  6. Place into a greased casserole dish
  7. Preheat the oven to 400*
  8. Sprinkle the two cups of shredded cheese on the top
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely
  10. Sprinkle with fresh chopped Parsley when done
