Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to directions, rinse and drain
- Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic in the Olive Oil.
- Sprinkle with the Italian Seasoning
- Mix in the tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste
- Combine the pasta with the beef mixture and stir well
- Place into a greased casserole dish
- Preheat the oven to 400*
- Sprinkle the two cups of shredded cheese on the top
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped Parsley when done
