Big Boy Fresh Strawberry Pie

Instructions:

  1. Bake frozen pie crust according to package directions.
  2. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and water.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until thickened.
  5. Whisk the strawberry jelly.
  6. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  7. Add strawberries to the cooled pie crust, then pour over the strawberry jelly mixture.
  8. Put it in the fridge for a few hours until it holds together.
  9. Enjoy!
