Brussels Sprouts in Garlic Butter

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter and olive oil in a medium saucepan until the butter is foamy.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, add crushed garlic, and simmer until lightly browned.
  3. Remove the garlic and discard it.
  4. Attach the sliced side sprouts, cover, and cook without stirring to medium-low heat until tender. pierce it with a knife to check.
  5. The cut side of the sprouts should be nice and brown, with a nutty, buttery taste filled with garlic.
