CABBAGE FAT BURNING SOUP

Directions:

  1. Prepare all the veggies and combine the entire ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Boil and simmer until the vegetables are soft or for about 40 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Variations:

You can alter the recipe in a variety of ways.

  • Add some meat, such as chicken, turkey, or beef, to make it more full. It won’t be as low in calories, but it’ll still be nutritious and tasty.
  • If you’re starting with raw beef, brown it in a skillet for a few minutes before proceeding.
  • If you don’t want to add meat but still want the recipe to be more satisfying, add some lentils to your Cabbage Soup.

Tips:

  • If you like, you can substitute chicken or beef broth for the vegetable broth in the recipe.
  • If you’re attempting to cut salt, you can also use low-sodium broth.
