Cinnamon Roll Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients needed for the cake, and blend until creamy and smooth. 
  3. Layer the batter in a 9×13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. 
  4. Mix the topping ingredients until well combined. 
  5. Spread the topping over the cake batter, and swirl to combine. 
  6. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes. 
  7. Let cool for 30 minutes. 
  8. Blend the frosting ingredients and spread over the cake while it is still a bit warm.
