Ingredients:
- 1 pound peeled and peeled shrimp
 
- 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic 
 
- 1 cup fresh spinach
 
- 1 cup cream
 
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
 
- 1/8 teaspoon optional paprika powder
 
- 1 tbsp butter
 
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
 
- Salt and pepper
 
Methods:
- Heat the oil and oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
 
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
 
- Cook the shrimp for 30 seconds on each side and then remove the skill.
 
- Add more oil if necessary, and cook the garlic and ground red pepper for 15 seconds.
 
- Add the fresh spinach, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
 
- Pour in the heavy cream and add the fresh parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. 
 
- Cook for 6-7 minutes or until well thickened.
 
- Once the sauce has thickened, place the shrimp back in the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for an additional 30 seconds over low heat.
 
- Decorate with fresh parsley, if you wish
