Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350*
 - In a medium bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar
 - Beat until well combined and fluffy
 - Beat in the eggs and the vanilla until it is combined thoroughly
 - Adding a little at a time, gradually mix in the dry ingredients
 - Using a small scoop, scoop out one tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball
 - Roll the ball into sugar and set it on a tray lined with parchment paper
 - Continue until all dough is used
 - Using your thumb, make an indent into the center of each ball
 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
 - Meantime, make a ganache using ½ cup heavy whipping cream and 1 cup chocolate chips.
 - Microwave at 30-second intervals until chocolate is melted and you stir to combine thoroughly
 - When cookies are done baking, remove them from the oven and fill each center with a spoonful of ganache
 - Allow to harden before serving with your favorite cup of coffee.
