Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350*
- Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and the sugar
- Add in the milk, eggs, and vanilla and mix thoroughly
- Mix in the baking powder, salt and flour
- Do not over-mix
- Fold in the nuts and the apples
- Spread the batter into the loaf pan
- In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients and combine with a fork until it forms pea size crumbles
- Sprinkle over the batter in the loaf pan
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- Let the bread cool, then remove from the loaf pan
- When cool, whisk the glaze ingredients together in a small bowl
- Drizzle over the top of the cooled bread
- Slice and serve!
