Instructions:
- Cook the bacon and remove from the pan placing it on a paper towel lined plate.
- Dip the toasted bread in the bacon grease and set aside.
- Spread the freshly made Ranch dressing one side of the bread to make the BLT sandwiches.
- To deep fry the tomato slices, dredge each slice in the cornstarch and shake off excess.
- Mix the bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and the cayenne pepper together until combined.
- Dip the tomato slices in the eggs and then in the Italian seasoning mixture.
- Fry the breaded tomato slices in about 4 inches of oil until they are golden brown.
- Top the sandwiches with bacon, iceberg lettuce and the deep fried tomato slices.
- Serve with your favorite side and enjoy.
