Italian Meatloaf

Steps:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pasta sauce; mix well.
  2. Add 1 cup pasta sauce.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Press mixture into ungreased 8×4-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes.
  6. Pour remaining pasta sauce over meatloaf.
  7. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer registers 160°F.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
