
Ingredients:
- 250g flour (2 cups)
 - 12 teaspoons of baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
 - 1 tablespoon of sugar
 - 115g butter (12 cups)
 - a pinch of salt
 - 180ml milk
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
 - Take a bowl
 - Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar
 - Add the butter and make a crumbly dough
 - Add milk
 - Placing dough on a floured work surface
 - Put the dough for two minutes
 - We put the dough on a baking tray
 - Roll out the dough so that the dough is 15 cm by 15 cm (6 by 6 in).
 - Cut into 12 equal parts – do not tear
 - cook for 15 minutes (check with a knife)
 - Separate the biscuits and serve hot
