Meatloaf-Philly Cheesecake Style

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350

  1. Heat oil in the skillet and saute green pepper and onion
  2. Place the peppers and onion into a bowl, add the milk and the ground beef, bread crumbs and seasonings
  3. Mix together with your hands until well incorporated
  4. Grease bottom and sides of a loaf pan
  5. Add one half of the meat mix and top with 4 slices of cheese
  6. Put the remaining meat mix on top of the cheese
  7. Bake for 30 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and add remaining cheese on top
  9. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and bubbles.
  10. Set to side and let rest before slicing
