
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups granulated Sugar
 - ¾ cup butter, unsalted
 - ⅔ cup evaporated milk
 - 12-ounce bag of Milk Chocolate Chips
 - 7 ounces Marshmallow Fluff
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions:
- Place the butter, sugar, and milk into a saucepan over high heat, and bring to a boil, whisking often to combine
 - When it begins to boil, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes
