Ingredients:
- 2 boneless Pork Chops
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350*
- Brush the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish with Olive Oil and set to the side
- In a shallow dish whisk the egg
- In another shallow dish combine the Parmesan Cheese and Cajun Seasoning
- One by one dip a pork chop into the beaten egg
- Then place on the dish with Parmesan and seasoning. Coat both sides of the pork chops
- Place the Pork Chops in the prepared baking dish
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes
- Test the thickest portion of the pork chop for doneness. The meat thermometer should read a minimum of 145*
- If needed, return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes
