Pork Chops with a Crunchy Honey Garlic Sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger, sage, thyme, and cayenne pepper with the paprika and whisk well.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, add water, and stir together
  3. Dip each pork chop in the flour mixture then into the egg mix, and once more into the flour mix.
  4. Press down to be sure the flour and spices adhere to the egg wash.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat with 2 tbsp of Canola Oil
  6. Fry the pork chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side
  7. Drain on a wire rack
  8. In a bowl combine the minced garlic, Olive Oil, honey, soy sauce, and pepper
  9. Mix well to be assured that it is all blended
  10. Once drained of excess grease, dip each pork chop into the Garlic and Honey sauce
  11. Place on a plate and serve with your favorite side dish.
