Roast beef pot

Ingredients:

  • 1 potato
  • 3 teaspoons of Creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of celery flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1 cup of water

Methods:

  1. Cut potatoes and carrots
  2. Roast Beef – Season with ingredients and fry in a skillet over the stove
  3. Arranged in a gratin dish
  4. adding water
  5. Add more Creole seasoning to taste and cover with aluminum foil
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for two and a half hours
  7. Remove the saucepan – add carrots and potatoes
  8. Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes, or as desired.
