I make it for late-night dinner, it’s very delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef.
- 1 medium onion, finely diced.
- 2 diced scallions.
- 2 sliced tomatoes.
- 2 tablespoons cilantro.
- 1 cup of heavy cream.
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cajun season (for cheese sauce) and sour cream to top.
- 3 tablespoons butter.
Instructions:
- I browned meat in a large skillet, I added 1 teaspoon of salt and another one of black pepper.
- I brought heavy cream and butter to a boil, then I added cheddar cheese slowly until thickened.
