Salisbury Steak Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • ½ pound lean ground beef 
  • ½ pound lean ground turkey 
  • ½ cup onions, minced 
  • ⅓ cup seasoned bread crumbs 
  • 1 large egg, beaten 
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste 
  • 1 tbsp black pepper 
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder 
  • 5 ounces sliced mushrooms 
  • 1 ¼ cup beef broth 

Instructions:

  1. Take one ounce of the mushrooms and finely chop them. Set these to the side
  2. Add olive oil to a skillet and toss in the onions, cook until softened
  3. Divide the cooked onions in two portions
