Alfredo Sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a medium to small saucepan melt your ¼ cup of butter, over medium-low heat.
  2. Then add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Next add garlic and cheese and whisk continuously for 2 minutes, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.

Tips and tricks:

  • The original Alfredo sauce style is perfect, but i like to add garlic, salt, or Italian seasonings to make it taste even better.
  • Milk can be used in place of heavy cream, a slighter combination of the original that doesn’t have all the calories.
  • Make sure to use quality ingredients and continuously whisking, in order to get a creamy sauce.
