
Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon slices, skinless
 - 1 lb (454g) asparagus tips
 - 1/3 cup (75g) melted butter
 - 1/3 cup (125 ml) lemon juice
 - 4 garlic lobes, chopped
 - 2 teaspoons (10 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
 - Salt and pepper
 - 2/3 cup (65g) fresh Parmesan cheese grated
 - Parsley and lemon pegs for decorating
 
Preparation:
- Preheat oven 400 ° F (200 ° C).
 - Place salmon slices in the center of 12 “x18” sheet (30 × 45 cm) of aluminum foil, each.
 - Divide asparagus into four equal parts and place them around salmon.
 - In a bowl, mix the butter, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
 - Pour over salmon and asparagus, season with salt and pepper to taste and cover 2 to 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
 - Close the aluminum paper and close the sides tightly in the foil.
