Baked salmon in foil

Ingredients:

  • 4 Salmon slices, skinless
  • 1 lb (454g) asparagus tips
  • 1/3 cup (75g) melted butter
  • 1/3 cup (125 ml) lemon juice
  • 4 garlic lobes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2/3 cup (65g) fresh Parmesan cheese grated
  • Parsley and lemon pegs for decorating

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven 400 ° F (200 ° C).
  2. Place salmon slices in the center of 12 “x18” sheet (30 × 45 cm) of aluminum foil, each.
  3. Divide asparagus into four equal parts and place them around salmon.
  4. In a bowl, mix the butter, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
  5. Pour over salmon and asparagus, season with salt and pepper to taste and cover 2 to 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
  6. Close the aluminum paper and close the sides tightly in the foil.
