Baked Shrimp With Ziti

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup hot water
  • 12 ounces roasted red peppers, drained
  • 8 ounces ziti pasta, uncooked
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined. Chopped roughly
  • ½ pound Scallops
  • 4 garlic cloves, freshly minced
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 4 ounces Provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375*
  2. Lightly spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray
  3. Cook the pasta according to package directions
