Banana Bread Brownies

Instructions:

  1. I preheated oven to 350 degrees F and spray a jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
  2. I beat sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs using an electric mixer, add mashed bananas and pure vanilla extract.
  3. Then I added flour, salt, and baking soda and blend for more than 2 minutes.
  4. I spread batter evenly into pan and baked for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, I made the brown butter frosting, I heated butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until boiling.
  6. Then I added powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, whisked together until smooth, and poured it over the warm bars

IT WAS AMAZIIIIING!
