Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
  2. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the puff pastry according to package directions.
  4. Drain and reserve.
  5. In the same skillet as the beef, add the Velveeta cheese cubes and the milk.
  6. Stir occasionally until the cheese is melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked pasta shells to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
  8. Add taco seasoning and Rotel to the pasta and beef mixture.
  9. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
