Ingredients:
- 3 cups chicken, shredded
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 9 cooked lasagna noodles
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350*
- Lay the cooked lasagna noodles on a piece of parchment paper
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, ⅓ cup of Alfredo Sauce, seasonings and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Combine by stirring well.
- Spread ⅓ cup of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a 9×13 baking pan
- Spread some of the filling mix onto each lasagna noodle
- Roll each noodle from the short end and place seam side down into the baking pan
- Top each roll with some of the remaining filling mixture and the remainder of the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
