Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rollups


  • 3 cups chicken, shredded
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 9 cooked lasagna noodles


  1. Preheat the oven to 350*
  2. Lay the cooked lasagna noodles on a piece of parchment paper
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, ⅓ cup of Alfredo Sauce, seasonings and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Combine by stirring well.
  4. Spread ⅓ cup of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a 9×13 baking pan
  5. Spread some of the filling mix onto each lasagna noodle
  6. Roll each noodle from the short end and place seam side down into the baking pan
  7. Top each roll with some of the remaining filling mixture and the remainder of the mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes
  9. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
