Coconut Custard Pie


  • ½ cup Bisquick or gluten-free Bisquick one c of Bisquick can be substituted by a mix of one c of flour, ½ tsp of baking powder, ½ tsp of salt, and 1 tbsp of oil or melted butter.
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup coconut, flaked
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened


  • Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
  • Brush with melted butter a 9-inch pie pan.
