Coconut Custard Pie

Instructions:

  • Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
  • Brush with melted butter a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Add the Bisquick, sugar, egg, milk, coconut, butter, and vanilla. Stir everything until well mixed.
  • Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
  • Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
