Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet
- Crumble the ground beef into the pan and cook until no longer pink
- Stir the chopped green pepper, onion and celery into the ground beef.
- Stir and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add in the diced tomatoes with green chilis, the stewed tomatoes and the tomato sauce.
- Stir in the water
- Add in the chili seasoning and stir to combine and blend well.
- Add in the pinto beans and the kidney beans
- Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil
- Reduce the heat and simmer for one hour.
- Add in the vinegar and stir well
