CopyCat Chili From Wendy’s

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet
  2. Crumble the ground beef into the pan and cook until no longer pink
  3. Stir the chopped green pepper, onion and celery into the ground beef.
  4. Stir and cook until the onion is translucent.
  5. Add in the diced tomatoes with green chilis, the stewed tomatoes and the tomato sauce.
  6. Stir in the water
  7. Add in the chili seasoning and stir to combine and blend well.
  8. Add in the pinto beans and the kidney beans
  9. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil
  10. Reduce the heat and simmer for one hour.
  11. Add in the vinegar and stir well
