Crispy Chicken Fritters


  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 25 oz. Canned Chicken Breast Drained Well
  • ⅛ tsp Thyme Dried
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • Oil For Frying


  1. In a mixing bowl, knead together the dijon, canned chicken, thyme, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, egg, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Form the chicken mixture into 6 patties.
  3. Place a layer of oil in a skillet, and heat it over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the patties to the heated skillet, and fry evenly until completely cooked and crispy.
  5. Enjoy!
