Directions:
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until the onion is translucent.
- Second, cook the onions until soft. Remove the onions from the skillet and set them aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil until the butter melts, then add the potatoes, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and pepper .
- Then cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Then cook it for another 10 minutes after adding the sausage. Combine onions and peppers in a large skillet and sauté until peppers are crisp-tender.
- Finally, if you’re using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top.
