Hamburger Casserole (Quick & Easy)

Instructions:

  1. Cook and line pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking tray.
  3. In a large skillet, fry the ground meat and chop it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper (or any seasoning of your choice).
  4. Add the cooked pasta, tomato soup, half a cup of water, and half the cheese to a skillet with the beef.
  5. Stirring also cooking for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased plate and cover with the remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with tinplate foil and bake for 21 min.
  8. Uncovering also keeps baking for about an additional 10 min (I also turn on the grill for the last 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese).
  9. Serving directly and store any leftovers in a cooler for up to 3 days.
