Hawaiian Wedding Cake with Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a 9″ round pan or 9×13 rectangular pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients and mix the eggs, vanilla, and crushed pineapple with juice until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  4. To make the frosting, beat the whipping cream in a small bowl until fluffy and set aside.
  5. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  6. Stir in the whipped cream and mix to combine.
  7. Once the cake is cooled, frost it and top it with anything you desire, I used toasted coconut.

Voila!
