How to use baking soda to get rid of the abdomen, arm and thigh

Various remedies are based on baking soda

As mentioned earlier, baking soda is your best ally daily. Every part of the body has its use of baking soda, with a different purpose each time.

Oral and dental care:

Many products that we encounter daily for oral care contain bicarbonate: toothpaste, dental solutions, dental cleaning tablets …

Using baking soda directly will be just as effective, if not more, and more economical.

Teeth cleaning and whitening:

Baking soda is a natural active ingredient that replaces cleansing and purifying agents in many products. That is why it is recommended to adopt it to disinfect and clean the mouth well.

The bicarbonate dissolves, in fact, the food deposits that remain stuck between the teeth, reduces tartar, and limits the acidity of the mouth due to the development of bacteria that take advantage of the sugars that are often abundant in our diet.

It combines a gentle abrasive mechanical effect with a chemical or biological action on oral and dental pollutants.

We recommend using it once or twice a week so as not to damage your teeth in the long run.

If you want to apply it directly, without creating your eco toothpaste, it is possible by simply wetting your toothbrush sprinkling a thin layer of baking soda, and adding the toothpaste on top

  • 3 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 tablespoon of white clay
  • 10 drops of peppermint or lemon essential oil

All you have to do is mix the baking soda and clay in a small bowl, until you get a homogeneous powder, then add the drops of essential oil.

Benefits of baking soda for the mouth:

Freshen Your Breath: Baking soda is perfect for fresher breath. Bad breath is mainly caused by oral problems.

Indeed, the accumulation of food deposits between the teeth, sometimes favored by gingivitis (gum recession), is a source of development for bacteria, which are the ones that release gases at the origin of bad breath.

This is why it is highly recommended for its many virtues.

Fighting mouth sores: Using it in oral care helps stop the spread of bacteria, promote wound healing, and improve oral hygiene, which is enough to put an end to the appearance of mouth ulcers.
