Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Put half of the lemon slices in one layer in a baking dish, then Layer with 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary and top with salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle with salt, layer with the 2 remaining rosemary sprigs, and top with remaining lemon slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Let it bake in your preheated oven for 20 minutes.
