Long John Silver Butter

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup of water

Preparation:

  1. Sift the dry ingredients.
  2. Add water and mix well.
  3. Used to wrap fish or chicken fillets.
  4. Cover the fish completely.
  5. Fry until it becomes a nice golden brown colour.
