Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
 - β  C breadcrumbs
 - ΒΌ cup parmesan cheese
 - 1 c. Chopped garlic
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
 - 2 cups marinara sauce
 - 8 mini Hoagie rolls
 - 12 slices of asiago cheese
 
Methods:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
 - Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
 - Add the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, parmesan, garlic, and parsley to a bowl.
 - Using your hands, work the ingredients together.
 - Salt and pepper.
 - With the ice cream scoop, start forming your meatballs.
 - Put aside.
 - Add oil to skillet, and heat over medium heat.
 - Add one meatball at a time to the heated skillet.
 - Cook for about 5 minutes or until seared on all sides.
 - Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the oven
