Ingredients:
- 1 can peaches, sliced, drained
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- In an 8″ x 8″ baking dish, stir together the Bisquick mixture, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Stir in melted butter.
- In a sized bowl, blend sugar & peaches.
- Pour peaches on the cobbler’s crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the crust is golden.
- Put vanilla ice cream on top
