Who needs cabbage rolls when you can skip all the work and make it in one pot? Are you a cabbage fan with a busy schedule !? This one-pot cabbage recipe is super easy and goes well on any night, during weekdays, or even on Sundays. This is the easiest version of cabbage rolls.


  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • Salt and pepper or creole seasoning
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 3 large handfuls of roughly chopped cabbage
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 14 oz. can dice tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese. I prefer Colby Jack.
