Pecan Pie Break Apart Bark


  • 24 Graham Crackers
  • 2 sticks butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Pecans, chopped


  1. In a saucepan, place the butter and the brown sugar
  2. Melt together over medium heat
  3. Line a baking tray with Aluminum foil
  4. Lay the graham crackers out in a single layer on the prepared baking tray
  5. Once the butter and sugar begin to boil, let boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chopped pecans
  7. Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly
  8. Place the baking pan into the refrigerator until the treat has hardened
  9. Break into pieces and serve or package and give as gifts
