Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

The ultimate party snack or dinner, these Philly cheesesteak sliders are made with Hawaiian rolls filled with delicious meat, melted cheese, onion, and peppers.


  • 1 Hawaiian roll packet
  • 2 tblsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 pound finely cut steak
  • 12 large thinly sliced and split onions
  • 1 finely sliced green bell pepper
  • 8 provolone cheese slices
  • 3 teaspoons melted butter
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons beef stock concentration


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using cooking spray, coat a baking pan and layer it with aluminum foil.
  2. To separate the top and bottom of the rolls, cut them in half horizontally, keeping them together as one slab.
