Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using cooking spray, coat a baking pan and layer it with aluminum foil.
  2. To separate the top and bottom of the rolls, cut them in half horizontally, keeping them together as one slab.
  3. Separate the rolls into individual rolls as little as possible.
  4. On the baking sheet, place the bottom half.In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  5. Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook it in a skillet over medium heat until it is cooked through.
  6. Remove it from the skillet and set it on top of the bottom slab of rolls.
  7. Set aside around 10 pieces of your sliced onion. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in the same skillet and sauté the green pepper and remaining onion until tender.
  8. On top of the steak, arrange the green pepper and onion. 8 pieces provolone cheese on top of everything On top of that, place the other half of the rolls.
  9. Melt the butter and beef stock concentrate together.
  10. To blend, stir everything together.
  11. Apply the mixture to the tops of the rolls. Reserve the onion pieces and finely dice them to add on top of the rolls.
  12. In a preheated oven, bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tops have begun to brown.
  13. If necessary, cover the rolls with aluminum foil to prevent them from browning too much.
  14. Heat the sliders and slice them into individual sliders to serve.
