Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the ground pork or beef to a large frying pan over a moderate heat.
- Cook the meat, stirring often with a wooden spoon, until browned.
- Drain off any excess fat.
- Now mix in the taco seasoning.
- Unroll the dough from the tubes and put it in the base of a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish or pie plate. You might not need to use all the dough.
- Now add the cooked pork or beef mixture on top of the dough in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle over the cheese and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the dough is golden and cooked.
- Let the taco bake cool for 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato and lettuce on top and garnish with scallions and sour cream if liked.
