Instructions:
- I browned meat in a large skillet, I added 1 teaspoon of salt and another one of black pepper.
- I brought heavy cream and butter to a boil, then I added cheddar cheese slowly until thickened.
- I added Cajun season to spice, diced onion, tomatoes, and cilantro, and mix well,
- In an aluminum pan, I layered tortilla, meat, and cheese sauce, and I continued for 3 layers.
- I baked it for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 400 degrees F.
- For the topping, I used sour cream and diced scallions.
