Roasted Parmesan Creamed Onions


  • 4 large Sweet Onions, peeled and then sliced ½ inch thick
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat to 375* Carefully place the onions into a parchment-lined baking dish
  2. Be sure to not separate the onions
  3. Drizzle with the Olive Oil And season with salt and pepper
