Sausage Muffins With Bisquick

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage, any flavor is good
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground sausage in a skillet on the stovetop.
  2. Drain any excess fat
  3. Preheat the oven to 350*
  4. In a large bowl combine the eggs, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick Mix, whisk until combined well
  5. Stir in the precooked sausage
  6. Grease 12 cups in a muffin pan
  7. Fill the cups about ¬ĺ of the way to the top
  8. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
