Slow-Cooker Potato

Instructions:

  1. Chop the onion, carrot, celery and garlic in a food processor, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. Stir for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the flour, salt and pepper and mix well, add the broth, milk and potato cubes, and bring to a boil, leave to stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli flower and the Parmesan and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Add the cheddar cheese, mix well and remove from the heat.
  4. Take 2 cups of soup and grind them in a blender, return them to the pot.
